The Library of Parliament (Library is seeking the services of a consultant to perform a corporate-wide analysis of current communication practices, both internal and external, to identify strengths and gaps, and to develop specific recommendations and concrete actions that will support the improvement of internal and external communication processes.
The estimated level of effort for this project ranges from 20 to 30 days in total (based on 7.5 hours days)
