The Library wishes to establish Supply Arrangements (SAs) with qualified firms for the provision of Legal Services, in Employment and Labour Law on an as needed basis.
The SA(s) will be in effect from the date of authorization to March 31, 2021 inclusive. The SA(s) will provide three (3) optional periods of one (1) year each from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 and from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 under the same terms and conditions.
