Manitoba Finance, Accommodation Services Division (ASD) is seeking a qualified prime consultant to lead a interdisciplinary team to provide consulting services in relation to the design and implementation of upgraded roofs for nine different roofs for two buildings (Buildign A and Building O) at the Headingley Correctional Centre (HCC) Complex located at 6030 Portage Avenue in Headingley, Manitoba.
