Description

Background, Purpose and Scope

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Accommodation Services Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide drain line replacement (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for Exhibit Storage Room at Law Courts Building, 408 York Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to obtain Bids from qualified Contractors to provide the Work described in this ITT and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Bidder whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Performance by March 31, 2020.

Site Examination

1. Bidders MUST attend site examination on December 20, 2019 at 9:30 am.
2. Bidders shall meet in the Main Lobby next to the Security Office at the Law Courts Building, 408 York Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Enter through Kennedy Street Staff Entrance and use the intercom to gain access to the building.
