.1 A pre-bid meeting and site visit at the Place of the Work has been scheduled for 13:00
hours EDT on Tuesday, 26 October 2021. Attendees shall meet in front of the Band
office.
.2 All prime contract Bidders are required to attend; attendance is mandatory.
.3 Major subcontract bidders are invited to attend, but attendance is not mandatory.
.4 COVID-19 Vaccination:
.1 Biigtigong Nishnaabeg has implemented a vaccination policy to increase the
protection and safety of patients, clients, students, employees, and visitors by
reducing the transmission of COVID-19 within facilities.
.2 In compliance with the Biigtigong Nishnaabeg COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
(High-Risk Settings), individual attendees to the pre-bid meeting and site visit
must provide proof for verification of either:
.1 full vaccination against COVID-19; or,
.2 a medical exemption certificate, and a negative COVID-19 antigen test
completed within 7 days prior to the site visit date.
.3 Individual attendees must complete and submit for verification a copy of the First
Nation’s COVID-19 Vaccination Verification Consent Form, and a copy of the
province issued vaccination receipt two Working Days prior to scheduled site
visit:

for a copy of the specified consent form.
.4 Individuals are required to register with the Consultant at the start of the pre-bid
meeting and site visit, and shall be prepared to present proof of identity in the
form of government issued photo identification.
.5 Bidders are responsible to make their own travel arrangements to attend the site meeting
in person.
.6 Issues arising from the pre-bid meeting and site visit will be addressed as required in an
addendum to the Bid Documents. No meeting minutes will be issued. Bidders may not
rely upon any information given verbally or otherwise at the pre-bid meeting and site visit
and that is not confirmed by addendum
