Submissions are invited for the following:

THE CITY OF PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER SUPPLY MAIN REPLACEMENT - 20 OPS 012

Contract Documents will be available to interested Contractors via email request to quesnel-strassera@ae.ca at Associated Engineering (Sask) Ltd. after March 30th, 2020.

Generally, the work being tendered includes:

Abandonment of an existing segment of 450 mm ductile iron watermain and replaced with new 500 mm PVC C905 along a new alignment and associated works.

Tender Submissions will be accepted by email at operations@city-plap.com. Submissions must be submitted in two separate emails clearly labelled in the subject line:

“Envelope A – Tender Submission – The City of Portage la Prairie Industrial Park Water Supply Main Replacement - 20 OPS 012”
“Envelope B – Fee Submission – The City of Portage la Prairie Industrial Park Water Supply Main Replacement - 20 OPS 012”

Contact the Operations Department at 204-239-8346 to confirm receipt of submission prior to the closing date and time.

Tenders will not be opened publicly. All Tenders shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.
