Additional Bidding Instructions

The Town of The Pas is calling tenders for the Larose Avenue Infrastructure Renewal project. Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. on April 13, 2017 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd.

A partial listing of the works is as follows:
.1         Replacement of approximately 810 m of wastewater sewer.
.2         Replacement of approximately 835 m of watermain.
.3         Replacement of approximately 825 m of land drainage sewer.
.4         Servicing of approximately 70 existing buildings with water and sewer up to property line.
.5         Reconstruction of approximately 800 m of asphalt road.
Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
