Description

The RM of Montcalm is calling tenders for construction of a lagoon for the community of St. Jean Baptiste. The project works must be completed within 60 working days. Sealed tenders will be received up to 2:00 p.m. on June 6, 2017 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Works generally include:

Constructing a new facultative wastewater lagoon with a clay liner including approximately 145,500 m3 of common excavation and 16,500 m3 of lagoon keyway excavation
Concrete spillway construction
Forcemain, intercell and discharge piping.

A pre-tender meeting and test holes will be completed onsite starting at 10:00 a.m. on May 30, 2017.

Tender documents are available from JRCC starting on May 23, 2017 after 11:00 am. One hardcopy complete with a digital copy is available for a non-refundable deposit of $75.00. Digital copies only are available for a non-refundable deposit of $20.00. Deposits are payable by cash or cheque.
