On behalf of the R. M. of St. Clements, KGS Group is calling tenders for the construction of a Landfill leachate collection pond at the Libau landfill site, in the R. M. of St. Clements. Sealed tenders will be received up to:

Project Description:
The intent of this tender call is to obtain a Tender to perform the work to complete the construction of the Leachate Pond Project at Libau landfill located in the R. M. of St. Clements, MB utilizing the CCDC 4 Unit Rate Contract in accordance with the Tender Documents. The work to be done under this contract shall consist of the construction of two contiguous leachate ponds including: stripping, excavation, embankments, rip rap, inter-cell connection, ditching, roadwork and other related appurtenances and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings.
An optional site visit at the Libau Landfill site will be conducted at 10.00 AM (CDT) on Friday, April 28, 2017.
Tender Documents including Specifications and Drawings and Addenda (if any) can be downloaded from MERX, starting on Friday, April 21, 2017. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure that all Addenda have been downloaded and received, prior to the submission of the Tender. In addition to the tender price, the bids received will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis on the following criteria; a) compliance by the bidder with the requirements of the tender documents; b) contractor/ sub-contractor qualification and c) previous work references. The R. M. of St. Clements reserves the right to reject the lowest or any bids received. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
