The intent of this Bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump sum) Bids for subcontract work for the Neepawa Health Centre.

The Neepawa Health Centre project consists of sequential, phased tendering so as to achieve the construction of a new green-field hospital in Neepawa, Manitoba. The facility is approximately 16,722 m2 (180,000 SF), 3 storeys, and features cast-in-place concrete piles and foundations, steel superstructure, and all related work (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Landscape, and others) indicated in this and other (previously issued or yet to be issued) tender packages. The building program includes Surgery, Diagnostics, In-Patient, Emergency, Labour and Delivery, Pharmacy, and Ambulatory departments.
