Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. (Capital) has been engaged by Prairie Mountain Health as its Exclusive Broker Representation to identify potential office leasing options in Brandon, Manitoba.
The office requirement consists of approximately 40,000 - 60,000 sq. ft. The space does not need to be contiguous and can be on multiple floors or in multiple buildings. The minimum contiguous area must be no less than 10,000 sq. ft. The desired vacant possession date is between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of Brandon, MB as shown in the map below (the geographical boundaries include sites on either side of the roads/streets). Existing buildings and new construction will be considered.
This is not a formal tender. All EOI submissions for this requirement shall only be submitted by owners, landlords, property managers and agents. All submissions shall include a letter executed by the owner of the property to verify the authority to submit on behalf of the owner/landlord. Submissions must include, at a minimum, the following:
- File Number
- Property owner
- Municipal address
- A map showing the specific location of the proposed property
- Measurements of the proposed office space and land area
- Building square footage
- Private & Public parking areas
- Other pertinent information that the owner may wish to present
