D5. SCOPE OF SERVICES
D5.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering services for the rehabilitation of wastewater sewer river crossing pipelines by Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining, as listed in D3.5; in accordance with the following:
(a) Project Management (D5.6)
(b) Preliminary Engineering (D5.7)
(c) Technical Memorandum (D5.8)
(d) Design and Specification Development (D5.9)
(e) Procurement Process (D5.10)
(f) Non-Resident Contract Administration Services (D5.11.1)
(g) Resident Contract Administration Services (D5.11.2), and
(h) Project Close-Out (D5.12)
D5.1.1 The Services required for this project shall be in accordance with the City’s Project Management Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#2 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 . Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by the City for its professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Project Manager’s attention any aspect of the City’s Project Management Manual or templates which the Consultant is of the opinion is not consistent with good industry practice.
D5.2 The following shall apply to the Services:
(a) Should this project include a public engagement aspect, it will be required to meet: Public Engagement Guidelines

D5.3 The funds available for this Contract are $250,000.
D5.4 The City of Winnipeg’s Water and Waste Department (WWD) requires the rehabilitation of three sewer river crossing pipelines, as listed in D3.5.
