Description

The Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (Manitoba Division) Inc is requesting proposals from Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) firms that have extensive experience in providing audit and tax services for not-for-profit organizations. It is the intent of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires, Manitoba Division (the Corps) to retain the professional services of an Auditing Firm for the provision of professional audit and financial services as particularly described herein, for an anticipated term of five (5) years, commencing on award with an anticipated option to renew the Agreement for an three - one (1) year periods.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Proponents shall provide pricing in its proposal as outlined in Section 7 of the RFP. The proponent must provide a firm estimate of fees for the services to be provided for a 5-year contract with an estimate for 3 subsequent years. The proponent must provide guarantees that can be made regarding increases in future years. Note that approval for an Audit services provider is voted on annually. The commitment will be for 5 years plus up to three (3) one (1) year options, would only be overruled because of unsatisfactory performance.
