New construction of an 92,730 square foot mixed use building. The building consists of a 9-storey concrete, masonry and hollowcore residential tower and the 3-storey structural steel “Art-Cube”.
Construction will be on an infill site at the location of the former public safety building, existing conditions should be examined on the drawings to make certain bidders are aware of the existing underground conditions.
Please note that Landscaping (including concrete curbs, asphalt, and pavers), Civil, and Site lighting scopes do not form a part of this project and will be tendered separately by the City of Winnipeg.
A fixed price is required no later than 2:00pm on Tuesday December 12, 2023 at Concord Projects office, Via Fax or email to stephan@concordprojects.com, no time extensions will be provided to the bid submission date. All submissions are to be inclusive of applicable PST/RST, levies, tariffs, duties, permits, and fees in the total quote with GST extra.
All Trades must make themselves aware of all pre-existing conditions before bidding. No claim for extras will be considered for items that would have been visible prior to tender close.
Due to the short turnaround in this final tender timeframe, please submit all your questions as early as possible to allow for substantial time for the design team to respond, no extensions will be provided for this tender.
