Concrete Flatwork Scope of Work – Feb 24, 2025

Planned time of work: June 2025

Supply and install the following:

Equipment and labour for the installation of flat concrete work in:
- Basement floor
- Garage
- Driveway

Rebar will be supplied for both garage and driveway.
Supply and install base materials for concrete.
Supply and install vapour barrier over basement floor area prior to concrete installation.
Obtain vapour barrier inspection certificate.
Basement and garage to have smooth quality power trowel finish.
Driveway to have same rebar layout as garage.
Driveway to be broom finish.
Concrete specs:
- As noted below and in the drawings.
- For driveway, use the City of Winnipeg approach mix specs.

Exclusions:

None

Provide optional pricing for:

Concrete supply (Concrete specs as per attached drawings).
Concrete pump.
