The Hanover School Division invites Contractors to prequalify to bid on the construction of a new 2-storey, 6,479 sq. m. masonry and steel high school to be built in Niverville, MB. The building shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the Manitoba Energy Code for Buildings, is registered with Manitoba Hydro’s Power Smart New Building Program and shall be targeting a LEED-Silver certification with the Canada Green Building Council.
Tenders are anticipated for January 2018 with project completion by September 2019.
It is the intention of the owner to pre-qualify a list of Contractors specifically who will be invited to submit bids on this project.
