ICCE002 - Comprehensive Business Plan.International Curling Centre of Excellence Inc.

The International Curling Centre of Excellence Inc. (ICCE), a non-profit corporation requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide:
A Comprehensive Business Plan that will guide the future development of the International Curling Centre for Excellence (ICCE) facility in the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region and will include identifying appropriate locations for consideration.  This facility will also accommodate 8,000 sq. ft. in unimproved space for the Manitoba Music Experience (MME) to include exhibits, music programming, hall of fame, and retail/merchandising.  A space dedicated to the documentation, celebration and preservation of Manitoba’s influence on music to celebrate and build awareness.

This project will be of interest to Proponents possessing:

• The ability to prepare business models encompassing sustainability, projections of operating expenses and potential revenue opportunities.
• Experience in developing a detailed capital plan that explores various types of private/public financial models.
• Experience in planning and providing analysis, evaluations and strategies for a private/public entity;
• Experience working with private/public entities to provide recommendations that support sustainable business models with realistic  economic opportunities; 
• Knowledge and experience working with and engaging stakeholder groups, community leaders and Indigenous communities;
