The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Finance, is currently working to modernize our procurement processes to support sustainable economic growth while ensuring best value for Manitobans. To this end, Manitoba is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP1) to obtain information on supplier capabilities, capacity, pricing, and prior experience to meet our Corrective Maintenance/Emergency Repair and Preventative Maintenance needs for the four plumbing & HVAC Sub-Categories: Plumbing, Hydronic and Steam, Air Handling, and Refrigeration.
The key output of this RFP1 will be a list of up to five (5) Pre-qualified Suppliers for each Zone covering both Corrective Maintenance/Emergency Repair and Preventative Maintenance needs. Commercial / Industrial plumbing & HVAC services included in this RFP1 will be procured using a two-stage approach, which is summarized in the document.
