Description

The purpose of this Request for Vendor Qualification (“RFVQ”) is for Manitoba to have Pre-Qualified Vendor List that will provide Manitoba with a development services on short notice to address the need for quick turnaround on developing applications for Manitoba.

For each request made to the pre-qualified list, the selected vendor would be providing a full development team that would be responsible for project management, business analysis, solution architecture, development and all levels of testing with the goal of delivering a product in a short defined time frame.
