Supply and Delivery of Custom Corrugated Cartons
Request for Standing Offer for Government of Manitoba No.: 30068
This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, to prospective Vendors for the Supply and Delivery of Custom Corrugated Cartons as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).
The purpose of this Solicitation is to identify, evaluate, and select a Vendor that can provide the Deliverables as described in this Solicitation and for Manitoba to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) with a single Vendor whose Submission is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
Term of the Standing Offer Agreement
The initial term of the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) will be for a period of three (3) years. The term of the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) may be extended, at Manitoba’s option on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of one (1) year term each.
Exclusion clause
In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.

Vendors and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba, other than the Solicitation Contact, concerning matters regarding this Solicitation. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Vendor and the rejection of the Vendor’s Submission.
