Description

Manitoba is soliciting from qualified Bidder(s) to support the testing program and manage the supply and distribution of home use COVID-19 Antigen or COVID screen tests for Manitoba.

All Products proposed under “Form D4 - Service Specification and Confirmation of Capacity”, must be home-use self administred test kits that are confirmed and acceptable for use by Manitoba and do not require a medical or health care professional to collect specimen or administer the test. The home-use self administered tests must be able to screen for different variants of COVID-19 infection from symptomatic and asymptomic patients.

Manitoba may request for a sample of the proposed test kit to verify if it is acceptable for use by Manitoba.

Manitoba has a strong preference for single-pack, 5-packs or 10-packs test kits that can be handed out separately to individuals.

Submissions under this RFSO 28664-V.3 will be evaluated under Intake three, based on the Submission Deadline(s) identified in Part 2, Section 2.0 of this RFSO document.
