Scope of the Work:
The Work shall consist in the replacement of approximately 3,300 existing roadway and select decorative luminaires with (Purchaser provided) LED luminaires, in the Interlake North Operating Area of Manitoba. This shall include but limited to: equipment and fuel to complete the installation, warehousing and transportation of new, surplus and reclaim material, traffic control, travel, sustenance, accommodations and all other operations required to complete the Work.
NOTES:
- Boundaries of the areas and density plots are shown in Appendix A. The density plots represent records of all luminaires in the Purchaser’s system, including decorative luminaires and dusk-till dawn luminaires, previously converted by the Purchaser.
- Replacements will be required in locations accessible by all-weather roads.
- Work will not be required in areas where accessibility is by winter roads or fly-in.
- All replacements shall be completed using a bucket truck. Climbing of poles to change fixtures will not be allowed.
