DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the provision of comprehensive audiometric testing services on an as-needed basis at various locations across the Province of Manitoba. The required services include, but are not limited to, pre-employment and biennial hearing assessments, providing both written and verbal results, and offering personal counseling and advice on hearing protection.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:
a) All proposed Personnel shall provide proof of an Industrial Audiometric Technician(s) License. The license must be renewed annually. (Form 02)
b) Proponents shall provide documentation confirming the availability of a Mobile Audiometric Testing Unit (i.e., trailer or booth) (Form 02)
