DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
SUPPLY OF RETROFIT LED LIGHTING
This Tender is for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required to provide for the supply of a one-time delivery of qty 580 - LED Retrofit Ligting, Lithonia JCBL 24000LM DALR-347V-GZ10-40K-PM-HC6P, or equivalent. Material must meet the following requirements:
        - DLC Approved, or Energy Star rated
        - Minimal Initial Lumens = 24,000
        - CRI = 80%
        - Color Temperature = 400K
        - 347V
        - Spacing Criteria (SC): 2 or less
        - No lens preferred. If fixture is a sealed unit, minimum   IP44 required.
        - Minimum Temperature Rating of -40C to +50C.
        - 5 year Manufacturers' Warranty.
