Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for panel assembly of Manitoba Hydro-supplied Transient Fault Recorders (TFR’s), and voltage and DC modules, on an “as-required” basis. The Work shall include installation of hardware (e.g., test switches, fuses, Terminal blocks etc.); and complete wiring and testing based on drawing packages provided by Manitoba Hydro for individual projects. Completed panels are to be shipped to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada by the Contractor. Subject to earlier termination, it is anticipated approximately four (4) Release Purchase Orders for such panel integration work will be issued annually for the duration of a five (5)-year Contract.

All proposals must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:
All panel assembly services are to be performed at a facility within Canada.
