Description

The Department of Manitoba Infrastructure (MI) is seeking indoor storage accommodation consisting of approximately 26,000 square feet (2,400 square metres) in, Manitoba for a term of three years. Occupancy must be available by July 2, 2020.

The Leased Accommodations must be on the main floor that large equipment can access (maximum vehicle size is FILL IN). The space must be able to store large equipment and have enough space enough to maneuver crew cab half ton trucks with single axle five metre long trailers. The space must allow for 24 hour access, accessible by 1-tonne truck and security system with alarm.

The Leased Accommodations must be located within 75kms from the Manitoba Infrastructure Traffic Engineering Facilities located at 8385 Wilkes Ave.
