6730 - RUNWAY REHABILITATION

The Work of this Bonded Tender No.:6730 is generally described below:
 
PART A – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
 
Mobilization of equipment and materials to site, survey and layout and extra work.
 
 
PART B – CIVIL WORK
 
Civil works including clearing and grubbing, drilling, blasting and crushing to supply, stockpile, haul, grade and compact granular base and subbase materials for the rehabilitation of the runway, apron and taxiway.  Supply and installation of concrete footings, caissons and pads, common excavation, grading and supply, install and compact granular materials.
 
 
PART C – ELECTRICAL WORK
 
Supply, install, test and commission all electrical works including runway, apron and taxiway edge lighting systems, apron floodlighting, PAPI system, lighted windsock, guidance signs and FEC building.
 
 
PART D – SUPPLY OF MAINTENANCE GRAVEL
 
Crush, load, haul and stockpile 10-year supply of maintenance gravel for use at the airstrip.
