The work to be performed under this specification shall consist of the supply of all necessary management, labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and materials supplied by the Contractor for the complete construction of a new Sand Salt Shed at the Fisher Branch Maintenance Yard.
Project includes but is not limited to:
- All necessary building and service permits,
- Complete construction of a 42 ft. x 60 ft sand salt shed, including concrete spread footing, 8 ft. high concrete walls, wood frame metal clad superstructure, horizontal sliding door panels and hardware.
- Provide site specific, pre-engineered roof truss drawings, sealed by a Professional Engineer, registered in the Province of Manitoba.
- Place and compact owner provided granular base material,
- Application of protective coating on inside of concrete walls,
- Complete construction of berm around side wall and end walls,
- New 20 A, 120 V electric circuit c/w exterior lights (2) and a weatherproof receptacle (1).
