Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #140 Maintenance Services for High Voltage Equipment
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors to provide annual on-site inspection, testing and preventative maintenance Services on existing Federal Pioneer high voltage equipment for the office tower located at 234 Donald Street, and the connected retail mall at 333 St Mary Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In addition, MPI requires Services on an ‘as and when requested’ basis for same. The Services may also include, but are not limited to, repairs, renovations and consultation. The Successful Vendor must be available to provide the Services, as required, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as more fully described in the RFP document.
Mandatory Site Visit:
It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to purchasingservices@mpi.mb.ca addressed in the Subject line as: RFP #140, Attention: Sandra Surgeoner, and in accordance with, Section 6.03.
The Site Visit shall be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 starting at 10:00 am local time at 234 Donald Street. Vendors are to meet at the main floor customer service desk in the adjacent mall. MPI reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the Site Visit and shall give emailed notice directly to Vendors. MPI will have an attendance form which MUST be signed by the Vendor’s Representative. It is the responsibility of all Vendors to ensure they have signed the attendance form prior to leaving the Site Visit, as more fully described in Section 4.02 Mandatory Site Visit.
The final date for submissions is August 15, 2024 at 4:30 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
