REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Community of Northlands First Nation is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for Project Management Services as detailed in the “TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE Northlands Water Treatment Plant and School Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project”.
The project will consist of the engagement and delivery of the Project Management services as required for the successful launching, delivery, and completion of the proposed Northlands Water Treatment Plant and School Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project. The timelines on this project are uniquely tight and only duly qualified and scheduling-confident project management firms need submit. There is NO ROOM for scheduling errors or slippage on this initiative.

Six (6) copies of your proposal must be delivered to the following address on or before 15:30 hours, local time, Friday October 13, 2017, and be addressed as follows:
