O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Design Consultant Services as detailed in the “TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR DESIGN CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE O-CHI-CHAK-KO-SIPI FIRST NATION K4 – GR12 EDUCATION FACILITIES PROJECT”.
The project will consist of the completion of the planning, design, construction, commissioning, and warranty of the O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi K4-GR12 Education Facilities Project, including the design and construction of the First Nation’s New 2,995 m2 school, the upgrading of the existing teacherage unit and the implementation of up to 1,086 m2 of new teacherages, and related associated off-site water and wastewater servicing works.
