REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Opaskwayak Cree Nation on behalf of the Project Team invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Engineering Services as detailed in the “TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE AMISK WEST SUBDIVISION PHASE I IN OPASKWAYAK CREE NATION”.
The project will consist of the design and construction of the Amisk West Subdivision Phase I located within the community of Opaskwayak Cree Nation.
Full details are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) Document.
Three copies of your proposal must be delivered to the following address before 13:30 hours, February 15, 2021, and be addressed as follows:

The doors at the ISC offices at 365 Hargrave are locked at all times. Packages to be dropped-off at the Ground-floor Commissionaire’s Vestibule, where they will be time-stamped upon receipt. Packages time-stamped after 15:30hrs will be returned un-opened and will not be considered for evaluation.
