REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Opaskwayak Cree Nation on behalf of the RSWARF Project Team invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Engineering Services as detailed in the “TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A REGIONAL SOLID WASTE FACILITY AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES”.
The project will consist of the design and construction of the proposed Regional Solid Waste and Recycling Facility (RSWARF) and associated works serving the Opaskwayak Cree Nation, the Town of The Pas, the RM of Kelsey and the surrounding communities.

The doors at the INAC offices at 365 Hargrave are locked at all times. Packages to be dropped-off at the Ground-floor Commissionaire’s Vestibule, where they will be time-stamped upon receipt. Packages time-stamped after 15:30hrs will be returned un-opened and will not be considered for evaluation.
