A public Notice to Bidders shall be made noting the availability of drawings, specifications, and addenda, at the above noted locations through:

Mandatory site examination for General Contractors will be held on January 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM at École Communautaire Réal-Bérard. Proof of vaccination is required.
The tender is to close at 2:00 p.m. February 3, 2022. Any tenders received after the time of closing will not be opened and will be returned to the sender.
Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows:
