A public Notice to Bidders shall be made noting the availability of drawings, specifications, and addenda, at the above noted locations, as well as through:

Mandatory site examination for General Contractors will be held on January 21, 2022 at 1 PM at École Edward-Schreyer. Proof of vaccination is required.
The tender is to close at 2:00 p.m. February 2, 2022. Any tenders received after the time of closing will not be opened and will be returned to the sender.
Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows:
