Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is seeking well considered submissions for Prime Design Consultant Services from qualified Consultants (Proponent) with demonstrated ability to provide design and construction administration services for the upgrade of the Domestic Hot Water within the Rossburn Personal Care Home.
