Description

The Rural Municipality of Wallace-Woodworth invites proposals for the construction of a new commercial post-frame Maintenance Shop that will be located in the Town of Kenton (Ward 1), with the following scope:

Dimensions of the shop will be 100’ length x 60’ width x 20’ high
See attached drawings of the required building design
Detailed Project Overview on Section 3

Commencement of work: Contractor to signify estimated start and estimated completion dates (weather permitting). The successful Contractor shall complete all work related to this RFP on or before October 31, 2020.
