PROPOSAL CALL for
CONSULTING and PROFESSIONAL SERVICES for FEASIBILITY STUDY
on WATER and SEWER SYSTEM at NORTHLANDS FIRST NATION
The purpose of this Proposal Call is to outline the services required for
conducting feasibility study relative to Water and Sewer System at Sayisi Dene First
Nation (SDFN) located in Northern Manitoba.
Scope of Works
The scope of work for this Project is to provide consulting and professional
Services required for carrying out feasibility study for SDFN Water and Sewer System.
The objective of this study is to review the condition of the existing
Water and Sewer System at Sayisi Dene First Nation and recommend the way
forward.
1.
Determine the overall feasibility of repairing, rehabilitating or upgrading
the Water and Sewer System.
2.
Analyze different options, identify and recommend the best option along
with a Class D estimate.
3.
Proposals are invited at this time, and will be followed by the selection and
award of the contract by Sayisi Dene First Nation.
Interested firms must submit five (5) hard copies and an electronic copy of the proposal in pdf format on a memory stick to the address below no later than 15:00 hours, CST Time, Tuesday, October 23, 2018. The council reserves the right to cancel the activity or change the schedule at any time. The proposal submission envelope should read: "Consulting and Professional Services for Feasibility Study on Water and Sewer System at Sayisi Dene First Nation" and be addressed to:
