SS-CP-0002-MX-23 - Vendor of Record to Provide Communication and Marketing Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a vendor(s) of record to provide communication and marketing services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). It is the intent to enter into an Agreement for an initial term of three (3) years. Agreement(s) will be reached with one (1) or more proponent(s) who will undertake to provide services as identified in this RFP. Proponents will have the ability to subcontract if required. The awarded Agreement is anticipated to commence on May 1, 2023. If the proponent(s) agrees at the time of submission, there will be the option to extend the awarded Agreement for two (2) optional terms of two (2) year periods. The decision to exercise the optional term shall be at the sole discretion of the Purchaser(s).
