A non-mandatory site visit for Bidders will commence at 8:00am local time on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Trade contractors wanting to view the site are to RSVP no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, to confirm their attendance, as well as complete and digitally submit the following required forms to Mario Bento via email to mbento@bockstael.com:
Information and Agreement for Visitors on Business form (Refer to Appendix A to Division 00).
- Arrive to CancerCare Manitoba at 675 McDermot Avenue 15 minutes in advance (7:45 a.m.), make your own parking arrangements.
- Meet at West entrance (West side of building, lane off McDermot Ave).
- Door will be open by Heidi Johnson and Elizabeth Henson from Shared Health / CancerCare.
- Sign-in inside rear entrance.
- Proceed to the Thompson meeting room on Level 6, only with a chaperone.
- After introduction and briefing we will proceed in one large group.
- Sit down again for closing remarks after tour.
- Photographs are allowed everywhere except the Genomics suite (no people or equipment in that area to be in any photos).
- Masks are not required on the research floors.
