Land consists of approximately 460 cultivated acres which may be used for the production and harvesting of grain and hay crops but may not include crops which attract birds or other wildlife. Included in the Land Lease Agreement will be the requirement for the Lessee to pay the annual taxes imposed or levied against the Leased Land, on or before the tax due date.
