The City of Selkirk desires to secure Professional Engineering Services for preparation of detailed design plans, engineered construction drawings, specifications, tender documents, Class B estimates and contract administration for the redevelopment of a one (1) block length of Manitoba Avenue East within the downtown commercial district of Selkirk, Manitoba.
