Description

The City of Winkler (“the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms (“Proponents”) to prepare a comprehensive Stormwater Management Master Plan. The project will involve a city-wide analysis of its existing drainage system with recommendations for system improvements.
An in-depth review by a professional engineering firm will ensure that the drainage system operates efficiently, complies with environmental regulations, and is resilient to future challenges. By identifying areas for improvement, the City aims to enhance the overall functionality and sustainability of the drainage system, ultimately safeguarding the community and minimizing potential damage from severe weather events.

All proposals must be received on or before 2:00 PM (CST) on June 20th, 2025 “Request for Proposal, 2025 Winkler Drainage Master Plan”.
Proponents are solely responsible for the submission of their proposal in response to the RFP, and all submissions must adhere to the instructions that are provided herein.
The City reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals submitted and to waive any irregularities. In addition, late proposals may be disqualified.
