A mandatory site visit will be held for all interested Proponents. Manitoba Hydro will provide and pay for a chartered flight from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Aurora Gardens Apartments, 308 Mattonnabee Avenue, Gillam, Manitoba (and return), on JUNE 10, 2025 at 11:00 hours.

By JUNE 5, 2025, at 16:00 hours, of their intention to attend the mandatory site visit, this is to allow Manitoba Hydro's representative to adequately arrange for space on the flight, as there are a limited number of seats available.
NOTE: Proponents will be required to provide their own hard hats and safety footwear while on the Site. Failure to have both the required safety items may be cause for refusal on site. The Proponents’ representatives are expected to print their company names and their own names and affix their signatures on Manitoba Hydro's site meeting sign in sheet as evidence that they attended the mandatory site visit/meeting.
NOTE: Failure to attend the mandatory meeting will disqualify a Proponent from further participation in this procurement process. On taking part in the mandatory site visit, the Proponent shall assume all risks, of loss, damage, injury or death to the persons and property of itself, its representatives, agents and employees from all causes during the site visit.
In consideration of the opportunity to take part in the mandatory site visit, the Proponent shall assume the defence of, and indemnify and save harmless the Purchaser, its agents, employees and subcontractors from and against all losses, costs, damages, suits, actions and demands and any liability for them to any person or property arising out of the site visit.
