RRC Polytech is seeking suppliers of AV equipment for use in our Notre Dame Campus. Interested bidders should note: All offers must be on the basis of ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ – DDP – RRC Polytech will not entertain any ad-hoc request for price changes due to tariffs or any other additional charges. Vendors must consider their total cost and profit margin for the delivery of the items to the delivery location below when submitting their offer. Delivery location is RRC Polytech's Notre Dame Campus. All other details are available in the RFQ document included in the file tab of this project here on Bonfire.
