Bidder Information and Experience (Form D2);
Technical Submission; and
if applicable, written correspondence from the Contract Administrator approving a substitute in accordance with Section B5.0.

NOTE: BIdders should not include references to prices within their Technical Bid. If prices are included in the Technical Bid, the Bidder may be disqualified and receive no further consideration.
