The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Quotation for the following: Supply the WCB with business cards for The Workers Compensation Board (Winnipeg, Brandon, and Thompson), SAFE Work Manitoba, the WCB Appeal Commission, and the WCB Medical Review Panel for a period of sixty (60) months.

Business Card Description: 4 colour both sides (4/4) with bleed, 14 ppt matte cardstock, Gloss UV coated front, imprinted names (WCB - blue, Safe Work - red, Appeal Commission and Medical Review Panel - black), WCB business cards has 5 different addresses, Safe Work requires 2 different address.

Pricing Discount for Combined Orders (multiple minimum orders for different cards placed on the same Business Day)
Master Card Shell (mcs) base one-time charge for each mcs created [WCB uses six (6) mcs but may request new style of mcs during term of Services]
Shipping charges: delivery to 333 Broadway, Winnipeg (per shipped order)
Vendor should specify if the WCB can order its business cards online. The WCB may consider such capability an asset when evaluating Quotations. If more space is required please provide the information in a separate document.
