Description

Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the provision of Construction Manager Services for a wellness centre at Manitoba Hydro Place (360 Portage Avenue).
The scope of work includes renovation of the existing fitness facilities (approx. 250 m²), modifications of existing locker room facilities (approx. 150 m²) and modification of existing support areas (approx. 400 m²) to provide a high-quality amenity to support employee health and wellbeing.
