Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is inviting Bidders to submit quotes for the Central
Service Washrooms renovations project located at 1390 Pacific Ave, Winnipeg, MB.
The closing date for submissions is February 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
The non-mandatory Bidder site visit is scheduled for January 29, 2026. Further details
are provided within the RFQ documents.
The offer is to be submitted in English.
This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba
Crown corporations.
