Description

The work involves:

Selective demolition work in the existing Lift Station building.
Upgrade of the Generator Room in the existing Lift Station to repurpose as an Electrical Room, including installation of a new air handling unit.
Pump and discharge header upgrades in the existing Lift Station.
Electrical service upgrade to 1000A, including replacement of obsolete power distribution equipment.
New Generator Building
Installation of new 1,500 kW diesel standby generator, fuel supply and storage system and ancillary equipment.
Miscellaneous civil site upgrades.
Provisions for temporary backup power and bypass pumping as required to complete the works.
All other works as noted in the drawings and specifications.
